TERMS OF SERVICE
for private art commissions
By paying the invoice you agree to these terms
You will receive digital artwork only - there is no physical copy.
Commission must be paid in full upfront. The currency accepted is USD through PayPal invoices.
Final artwork will be provided to you via email or an online download location in .jpeg or .png format.
You will have the right to request 5 minor revisions for free. Further revisions will cost an additional fee.
The final artwork will be my artistic interpretation of your idea. The characters’ poses and facial expressions may be reinterpreted by me. The end result won’t be an exact copy of the existing image (e.g. the reference you provided, someone else’s art, a photo).
No refunds unless I cancel the commission myself. If commission is being cancelled by me during actual creation process refunds will be calculated depending on done progress.
You will have the right to use the final artwork for promotion and publicity purposes.
You will not have the right to modify, resell the artwork, reproduce for merchandise, and use for NFT.
I retain the right to post WIPs to my Patreon and Discord server and the final artwork on my portfolio and social media.
